What do you need from the venue or space?
Not much! A standard power outlet within about 25 feet, roughly a 6 × 6 ft area, and level ground. We bring everything else and handle the full setup and teardown.
Can you set up outdoors?
Yes — indoor and outdoor events both work. For outdoor setups we ask for a shaded or covered spot, since direct sun, heat, and wind are cotton candy's natural enemies. We're happy to help you pick the perfect spot.
What is the cotton candy made of? Any allergens?
Our cotton candy is spun fresh from flavored sugar — it's naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free. If a guest has a specific allergy or dietary question, just ask and we'll confirm the exact flavors for your event.
How far in advance should I book?
Popular weekends fill up first, so 2–3 weeks ahead is ideal. Planning something last-minute? Reach out anyway — if your date is open, we'll make it work.
Do you travel outside Orange County?
Orange County is home base, but we're happy to travel — drive distance beyond OC is simply quoted as part of your custom package.
